Crystal.trade is a non-custodial platform. You connect your own wallet, and you retain full control of your assets and keys. We collect only wallet addresses and public transaction data necessary for executing, verifying, and displaying your trades.

2.3 Optional user-provided data
You may voluntarily provide an email address, username, or preferences (for example, during registration, AI interaction, or support requests). If you do not provide this information, your identity remains pseudonymous.

2.4 Trading and AI interaction data
To enhance performance and transparency, we may collect:

• AI chat or interaction records (if the user engages with AI assistant)

These datasets help improve system reliability and train internal AI models that support analytics, risk detection, and user experience improvements. Users can manage or disable data sharing for AI training via AI Settings in their profile at any time. Disabling data sharing does not affect essential functionality of the trading system.

• To operate and maintain the Services
• To improve execution performance, UX, and platform stability
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, spam, or abuse
• To develop, test, and train AI systems safely and responsibly
• To comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements

Crystal.trade integrates artificial intelligence ("AI") features to assist users and enhance trading insights. These AI systems are developed and provided by Crysto Labs and are part of the Crysto ecosystem. Crystal.trade only uses these systems as tools to deliver intelligent trading support and analytics.

To maintain performance and transparency:

• AI learning and improvement. AI systems may learn from anonymized or aggregated usage data, such as trading patterns, system interactions, and behavior metrics.
• User control. Users can manage or disable data sharing for AI training at any time through AI Settings in their profile. Disabling data sharing does not affect essential functionality of the trading system.
• Data protection. AI training datasets never include private keys, financial passwords, or personally identifying or sensitive personal data.
• Anonymization and security. Chat or prompt history used for AI improvement is pseudonymized and processed under strict internal controls to prevent re-identification.
• Purpose. Collected data is used solely to enhance platform reliability, detect anomalies or abuse, and improve user experience. It is not sold or shared with advertisers or external third-party AI providers.
• User responsibility. AI models are designed to assist—not replace—human judgment. Users remain fully responsible for their trading decisions and outcomes.

We may share limited information with:

• Service providers: hosting, analytics, and security partners under strict confidentiality agreements
• Compliance or legal authorities: if required by applicable law
• Affiliates and ecosystem partners within the Crysto ecosystem, to operate or maintain infrastructure

We do not share wallet data or personal communications with advertisers, third-party marketers, or unrelated entities.

Data may be processed in other jurisdictions where Crystal.trade or its service providers operate. We implement reasonable contractual and technical safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable) to ensure compliance with privacy standards.

We retain information only for as long as necessary to operate the Services, comply with legal obligations, and ensure security. Trading activity and AI interaction logs may be retained for operational analysis and model improvement, unless deleted or anonymized upon user request. When retention is no longer required, data is securely erased or anonymized.
